Prosync 25 Years
What an unforgettable evening it was as we celebrated 25 years of ProSync at our Awards Banquet at the renowned Prime Rib at Maryland Live! This milestone event allowed us to reflect on our journey, honor the achievements of our remarkable team, and look ahead to the exciting future.

On June 5th, 2020 ProSync Technology Group, in conjunction with prime contractor TekSynap, was awarded the DISA SETI indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. This award enhances Team TekSynap’s ability to pursue and capture current, complex, and unique requirements to solve capability gaps in all future DoD warfighter mission needs. SETI is a contract vehicle that has a focused scope to provide new, non-commodity and innovative information technology engineering solutions, embracing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies for mission partners across the Department of Defense. SETI’s Key Task Areas include Systems Engineering, Design Analysis Engineering, Systems architecture, Software Systems Design & Development, Systems Integration, Systems Test and Evaluation, Systems Deployment, and Lifecycle Engineering.

Paid Time off & Annual Leave
All employees need time away from work to help balance their lives. ProSync’s PTO pools sick days, vacation days, and personal days together for employees to use as the need or desire arises.
ProSync allows three (3) working days of breavement leave in the event of the death of an immediate family member.

We are experienced with land-based and space-based remote sensing (both active and passive) technologies. We have engineered solutions compatible with over 20 remote sensing protocols (e.g., Link 11, Link 16, Link 22, VMF, JREAP). We also developed an artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) solution for ingesting and correlating large volumes of heterogeneous remote sensor data across a variety of formats, not limited to binary, delimited text, structured text, XML, and JSON data, and providing real-time graphical, textual, and aggregate displays of data and analysis.
Intelligence Analysis
ProSync brings over 20 years of corporate intelligence analysis experience, including planning collection, conducting intelligence collections and/or developing collection capabilities, processing and exploiting intelligences, providing expert analysis, and disseminating and integrating intelligence feeds. We are dedicated to objectivity, delivering intelligence products to enable timely decisions, and providing probabilities and likelihoods to overcome uncertainties when making recommendations to decision-makers.
Remote Sensing

Cyber Defense
We provide cyber security assessment, system security authorization and accreditation, and system security plan implementation support for numerous development and operational environments in the Intelligence Community. We have engineered and operated unified defenses to identify, orchestrate and automate threat responses and provided security information / event management. We are also experienced engineering Zero Trust access management solutions, as well as secure cloud enclaves up to the Top Secret level. Our staff possess the request cyber-specific certifications, such as IAT/IAM certs, CASP+, SOC Engineer, CISM, CISSP, CCISO, CEH, CHFI, and CySA+.
Software Development
ProSync’s software development experience includes more than 30 projects supporting Intelligence Community and DOD customers. We are adept at using Agile, DevSecOps, and Extreme programming methodologies using integrated CI/CD toolchains for configurations, continuous builds, scans, tests, deployments, and deliveries of incremental code for applications and releases. We use test-driven development to ensure our products meet the “Definition of Done” as agreed upon with the customer and key stakeholders, and only code that passes will be deployed. We emphasize automated, repeatable processes connecting Development to Operations with an emphasis on automated Security scans using continuous ATO techniques. We continually evaluate and enhance software based on its mission value and user feedback. Once we establish a predictable cadence (e.g., two-week releases) and predictably high software quality (e.g. low defect count and high story completion ration), we then embed machine learning and artificial intelligence to further optimize functionality and user experience.
SETA Services
ProSync provides Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) support to Intelligence Community, DOD, and Federal Civilian agencies with a heavy focus on enabling the success of program executives. We are highly adept at providing mission-specific subject matter experts and technical coordination across agency organizations, offices and other Services. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system establishes a quality assurance and quality control guidelines for provided program management, financial management, data management, systems engineering, security management, and SME support.
Engineering Research
We have rapidly prototyped, analyzed, and tested new mission-specific capabilities for over 20 years. Our engineering research is heavily influenced by our cybersecurity heritage, and we routinely provide novel engineering research towards the furtherance of SIGINT, ELINT and protective cyber capabilities. Recent examples include pioneering the Jaguar front-end processing solution supporting the Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) underpinning the Nation’s missile defense capabilities, the SigBloc TEMPEST-accredited modular enclosure system, and the RemoteArmor secure workstation for offering enhanced cybersecurity protection to the Nation’s teleworkers. We also provide ongoing engineering research for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States as an advisor on cybersecurity concerns.
