ProSync’s team has grown steadily since incorporation back in 2000. We’re a dedicated technology company that puts tremendous value on its employees and the needs of our customers—with an unwavering commitment to deliver innovation solutions and services at the speed of the mission. Each member of our leadership team brings mastery-level expertise in their respective fields. Each employee-owner is critical to our company’s success through successful client engagements/support. Our Benefits
Health Insurance
Employees can participate in our group health plans, which include medical, dental, vision, and prescriptions. The coverage levels differ depending on the plan you choose.
Flexible Spending

ProSync offers a generous Safe Harbour 401(K) plan. Investment options provided cover all investment styles, from conservative to aggressive. Employees are able to roll-over funds from other qualified plans into ProSync;s 401(K)

Observed Holidays
We recognize the following 10 paid holidays: New Year’s, MLK Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Paid Time off & Annual Leave
All employees need time away from work to help balance their lives. ProSync’s PTO pools sick days, vacation days, and personal days together for employees to use as the need or desire arises.
ProSync allows three (3) working days of breavement leave in the event of the death of an immediate family member.
Disability & Life Insurance
We offer Long Term & Short Term Disability to assist with accidental injury as well as Accidental Death and Dismemberment Group Life Insurance to assist families with the financial burdens caused by Accidental death and suffering
Bereavement Leave
